Shipments and Deliveries

At Furry Chefs, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives quickly and safely. Our shipping and delivery policy is detailed below:

  1. Shipping Zones:
    • We ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

  2. Deadlines:
    • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
    • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on location.

  3. Shipping costs:
    • We offer free shipping for orders over 79€, at the moment this free shipping only applies for orders to mainland Spain. For smaller orders, the shipping cost will vary depending on the total weight of the order.

4. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at all times.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility to cancel or return your order under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation of Orders:
    • You can cancel your order at no additional cost before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible.

  2. Returns:
    • We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt of order.
    • Products must be unused, in their original condition and with their packaging intact.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected], providing your order number and reason for return.

  3. Refunds:
    • Once the return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  4. Changes:
    • If you wish to exchange a product, the process is similar to that of a return. Return the unwanted product and place a new order on our website.

  5. Defective or Incorrect Products:
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will pick up the product and send you a new one at no additional cost.
